Palm trees come in all sizes and shapes....but I’m not sure that they come in rainbow colors like Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana and Grapefruit Grove....unless you are stamping them on a card that is. I think they look good! What do you think? The palm tree is actually part of the stamp… Continue reading A Beach Rainbow
The beach is my happy place. I can sit on the beach for hours just doing nothing but watching the waves, the people....the little sand crabs digging fast and furious. And this week I am in my happy place....enjoying a little sun and rest and relaxation in Key West, Florida. But not until after… Continue reading Beach Happy-ness
Stampin’ Up has been encouraging the concept of “simple stamping”....just using paper and ink to make a card. No fancy cut outs, not along of layering, skip the bows, the fancy embellishments, etc. That is kind of hard for me....because I really like adding all the extra’s. But for first time stampers and for those… Continue reading Simple Stamping
When life gets busy and you feel like your caught in a whirlwind....it’s time to just take a deep breath and sit back and relax and enjoy the simple moments. Our weather last week was unusually warm....in the 70’s! So I thought maybe Puxatawny Phil, the famous Groundhog in Pennsylvania is right and warm weather was on it’s way. Until we got to this past Saturday....that 70 degree weather became 32 degree weather. So in hopes of bringing back the warm weather, I thought it… Continue reading Feels Like Spring!
