In my last post I shared a gift card holder…and today I’m back to share a few more. Six more to be exact. They are all made using the same directions, but with different patterns from the same set of papers – Let it Snow Designer Series Paper. I’ve probably told you before that I love snowmen….so I’m always reaching for this paper first.
I love that these are bright and cheery with fun designs…mittens, snowmen, Hats, Stripes, snow….And fun colors too – Coastal Cabana, Flirty Flamingo, Shaded Spruce, Blueberry Bushel, and Real Red
I used this same design pattern for gift card holders last year. I loved how easy they were to make, so I Just updated them with new paper and a new design for the belly band that holds them together. You can see the original post here: Christmas Gift Week – More Gift Card Holders
And I made the same mistake that I made when I made them the first time. I forgot to punch out a little circle in the part that folds up to make the pocket to put the gift card in. It does make the gift card easier to get out….so I might just be going back to fix that!
You can see it a bit better in this picture, but I gave my snowman a little sparkle by adding some Wink of Stella. I also did a little accenting around the edges of the snowman with a Pool Party Light Stampin’ Blends marker to give him a little more definition. I think he likes both those additions so much that he threw his hat into the air!
Did you notice that there are two of each that have the same color base cardstock? That is because you can make two of these out of one piece! And instead of putting a “To and From” on the inside flap like in the previous gift card post, I added a “Merry Christmas” sentiment instead. I think these would make great stocking stuffers.
If you would like to try to make some of these yourself, this is what you will need:
- Snowmen Season Stamp Set
- Optional: Layering Circles Dies (scalloped circle)
- Punches: 1 ¾” Circle, 2” Circle, and Snowflake Punch (Non-SU), Detailed Trio Punch

- Let it Snow Designer Series Paper: Cut two pieces – 4 ¼ ” x 2 ¼” (bottom) and one piece 4 ¼”x 1 ½” (top)
- Whisper White Cardstock – Cut one piece 4 ¼” x 2 ¼” and a scrap for hat

Whose stocking are you going to stuff these into?
Happy Stamping!
