General Cards, Thinking of You

Happiness Blooms

There are lots of quotes about flowers and happiness, but I think this is my favorite — Happiness blooms where seeds of joy and love are planted.  In terms of real flowers bringing joy….I’d have to plant some seeds, but I am not a good gardener, so this pretty paper from Stampin’ Up! called Happiness Blooms is right up my alley.  Pretty flowers and bright colors just screams “Happy!”.

So what better way to spread a little cheer and happiness than to make a few cards and popping them in the mail to brighten someone’s day.

Sometimes you just need to let the paper do the talking, so you only need minimal stamping….just your favorite sentiment, so this card is easy-peasy and just takes a few minutes to make.

RETIRING LIST coming next week!  The new 2019-2020 Annual Catalog is coming out June 3rd!  That means that some of your favorite stamps sets, embellishments, papers, colors will be retiring!  Take a look now through your 2018-2019 catalog and start a wish list of stamps sets, dies, embossing folders, etc that you haven’t purchased yet so you’ll be ready when the RETIRING LIST comes out next week.  I’ll be sharing that info with you here.  When items go on the retiring list, they are only available while supplies last, so you’ll want to get your order in so you don’t miss out!

RETIRING IN COLORS – Every year Stampin’ Up! comes out with 5 new colors that they add to their inventory.  Those colors will stay for two years and then they retire.  So that means the 2017-2019 In Colors will be retired – Powder Pink, Lemon Lime Twist, Tranquil Tide, Berry Burst and Fresh Fig.  If you need any ink, ink refills, cardstock, markers, etc. for these colors, I encourage you to purchase those now while they are still available!
