I love snow! Probably because where I live on the coast of Virginia, we don’t get much….if at all. If we had snow all the time, I might rethink that. And I also love snowmen. I have quite a few Hallmark Snowmen around my house during the Christmas holidays. My husband installs and tests the batteries every year because they sing and do a little shaking dance to the music. And I also love to put Snowmen on cards.
And this one has a whole bunch of Snowmen friends! This is one of the first stamps set I bought from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog and not sure what took me so long to actually get the stamp onto paper! But maybe it is because we are having an unusually warm November and it doesn’t feel like winter yet. And I’ve waited long enough that this stamp set – Snowbody Better is on sale! It’s only $16.80! It is part of the Last Chance Products Sale of items that are retiring that is going on until January 3rd, but everything in the sale is while supplies last, so if you are interested, you should hop right over and put it in your shopping cart!
The background paper comes from the Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper. It’s not an obvious choice (it’s the one on the far right on the top row), but I liked that the design although it’s branches, if you squinted a bit, it looks like snowflakes to me….especially with the random dots.
Try squinting and see if if looks that way to you.
And I used a few “non-traditional” colors for the scarves and hats too – Fresh Freesia, Just Jade and Misty Moonlight.
If you would like to make this card, these are the supplies you will need:
- Snowbody Better Stamp Set

Happy Stamping!
Patricia
