So I’m having a bit of fun with my stamps and card making these days. Making the best of the situation of “StayHome/Stay Healthy”. My card making is my escape to go On to Adventure with the Country Club (Designer Series Paper).
This is the Country Club Designer Series Paper that I used for today’s card. My husband loves argyle socks….so I choose one of the argyle patterns for my card.
He also likes to play golf, but that doesn’t happen very often as the last time he golfed a few years ago his team came in last place. The Country Club Suite of products also includes a stamp set. But because I did not purchase it, I used this stamp set On an Adventure. There is a little Golfer on it (He’ll appear on anther card too!), but it also has this “Ready for that HOLE-In-ONE” sentiments.
Let’s just say the sentiment on this card is not going to happen for my husband unless it’s on a miniature golf course.
Did you notice the miniature wooden golf flag? That is part of the Country Club Elements that coordinate with the Clubhouse Suite of products.
I used Stampin’ Write Markers to color on the wooden piece…Crushed Curry for the flag pole, Garden Green for the flag and Real Red for the #18.
This is a great “Man-Card” for a family member or friend who is a golfer and would make a great Birthday Card or Father’s Day card.
