Thinking of You

ONE BIG CARD….one little card

I needed to make a card for a dear friend that was going through a tough time and it also needed to be signed by lots of people…think about 25 people.   So I decided she needed something special, so i pulled out my beautiful new paper from the Share What You Love Designer Series Paper.  (It will be available to order on June 1st!). This card is 5 1/2” x 8 1/2” —basically one sheet of 8 1/2” x 11” carsdstock folded in half. 7E024C8F-0588-4A19-9922-A695744F06D1After I made the card and posted it for my friends to see, I was asked for directions for a “regular” size version of the card.  So after much playing around trying to figure out dimensions….I had this.  My big card birthed a baby card!94A4AC5D-0BBA-4AFB-B32E-8AEF492E26AFHow observant are you?  Did you notice the slight differences?  The larger card has 2 flowers in the diagonal squares, the smaller one only one.  And the larger card also has two pieces of ribbon…one in Rich Razzleberry and on Mint Macaron, the smaller card only has one piece of ribbon.  But both are equally beautiful!

You can make the smaller card by following this card recipe:
