Aren’t they just the cutest couple? Here is the Gnome for the Holidays Stamp Set. There are several gnomes, plus their little house and a few sentiments to make your cards sound as fun as they look.
You can color these gnomes with several of Stampin’ Up Products: Watercolor Pencils, a Water Painter (make sure you use the Fluid 100 paper) or the way I chose….with Stampin’ Blends Markers. Because I was using the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper, I chose coordinating Stampin’ Blends Makers for the gnomes in colors to match – Real Red and Mossy Meadow and then also Daffodil Delight, Soft Suede and Crumb Cake.
If you would like to make this card, these are the supplies you will need:
- Gnome for the Holidays Stamp Set
- Stitched Shapes Dies (optional)
- Winter Snow Embossing Folder
- Mossy Meadow Cardstock
- Base Card – Cut 5 ½” x 8 ½”; Score at 4 ¼”
- Cut 5 ¼” x 2 ½”
- Cut 2 7/8” x 2 7/8”
- Whisper White Cardstock
- Cut two pieces 5 ¼” x 4” (card front, inside)
- Cut 2 ⅝” x 2 ⅝” (or use Stitched Shapes Dies)
- Scrap for Sentiment (All Dressed Up Dies)
- Heartwarming Hugs Desginer Series Paper – Cut 5” x 2 ¼”
- Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black and Real Red
- Stampin’ Blends: Real Red, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Petal Pink
- Real Red Braided Linen Trim
- Adhesives: Stampin’ Seal, Dimensionals, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Glue Dots
