I promised you in my last post that I had another golfing card with a little old man golfer. I thought as long as I was sharing that fun stamp set, I would add a little bit more fun with a fun fold card.
Here is a close up of the golfer. I stamped the image in Tuxedo Memento Black ink and then colored it with a variety of Stampin’ Blends Markers. I just love them because they are so easy to use and all the colors match Stampin’ Up!’s cardstock and Designer Series Papers.
This is a super easy fun fold as it folds just like a regular card. The only difference is that the front is shortened so you get a little sneak peak at the inside.
Just remember when you are attaching the oval to only put adhesive on the left half where it attaches to the front flap….otherwise you will glue your card closed and you would not be able to see the sentiment on the inside.
Or the little strip of Country Club Designer Series Paper that is on the inside too!
If you would like to make this card, these are the supplies that you need:
- On to Adventure Stamp Set
- Layering Ovals Dies
- Night of Navy Cardstock – Cut 5 ½” x 7”; Score and fold at 4 ¼”, plus one piece cut. 2 ¼” x 5, and a scrap piece (about 3 ½” x 2 ½”) for the scalloped oval
- Real Red Cardstock – Cut 2 ½” x 5 ¼”
- Country Club Designer Series Paper – Cut 2 x 4 ¾”
- Whisper White Cardstock – Cut 5 ¼” x 4”, plus a piece for the oval (3 ¼” x 2 ¼”)
- Ink: Night of Navy and Memento Tuxedo Black
- Stampin’ Blends Markers – Real Red Light & Dark, Call Me Clover Light & Dark, Night ofNavy Light & Dark, Daffodil Delight Dark, Petal PInk Light and Soft Suede Light & Dark
- Country Club Elements (smallest ball) Color with your choice of Stampin’ Blends Markers or Stamp & Write Markers.
- Adhesive: Snail or Multipurpose Liquid Glue, glue dots
And I am on a roll with decorating my envelopes, so I used a piece of 2 1/4” x 6” paper with the same pattern as the card front and did that too!
