A Ghoul Friend

You know Halloween is coming when you see lots of candy corn in the stores. It’s one of my favorite holiday treats. If I had a stamp set with a candy corn stamp, It would be stamped on the front of a Halloween card, but I don’t so you get to see some of my “Ghoul” friends instead.

I used the Monster Bash Designer Series Paper for this card. One of the fun things about this paper is that there are 2 whole sheets full of “Ghoul” friends that you can fussy cut.

Some of the images can be cut from the Designer Series Paper with the matching Ornate Frames Dies making it easy to create fun cards for all your “ghoul” friends. These are my favorites.

The Ornate Frames Dies also includes these fancy scrolled frames in several different shapes making them a fun way to dress up your sentiment.

If you’d like to make this card, this is what you’ll need:

Monster Bash Stamp Set
Monster Bash Designer Series Paper
Ornate Frames Dies
Swirls & Curls Embossing Folder
Basic Black Cardstock – Cut 4 1/4” x 11”; Score and fold at 5 1/2”
Monster Bash Designer Series Paper – Cut 5 1/4” x 4” , plus one image from framed paper, and cut one strip 3/4” x 4” (for inside of Card)
Basic Black Cardstock – Cut 3” x 4 1/4”
Whisper White Cardstock – Cut 2 7/8” X 4 1/8”, plus a scrap for sentiment banner, plus cut a piece 5 1/4” x 4” (inside of card)
Basic Black Cardstock – scraps for scrolled frame and banner
Snail Adhesive or Multipurpose Liquid Glue
