It’s Meant to Be!

I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase “It just wasn’t meant to be”.  Usually that’s said in times when things didn’t work out as planned or something that you hoped would happen but just didn’t.  But there are some things that are just Meant to Be….a new relationship….falling in love….a marriage.  That happened to me 41 years ago when I married the love of my life.  I knew on our first date that I would one day marry him….and I found a few weeks later that he felt the same way.  It was Meant to Be.  So today on our 41st anniversary I’m sharing this card:The stamp set I used for the sentiment is appropriately called Meant to Be.  And there is a  coordinating die set….filled with big and little hearts, stitched borders and more.

• Soft Seafoam Cardstock – Cut 5 1/4” x 4”, plus scrap for stitched heart border
• All My Love Designer Series Paper – Cut 5” x 3 3/4” and strip cut 1/4” x 4” (inside)
• Flirty Flamingo Cardstock – Scrap for Large Stitched Heart (outside) and small stitched heart (inside)
• Whisper White Cardstock – Cut  5 1/4” x 4” (inside
• Ink: Lovely Lipstick
• All My Love Ribbon – 1/8” Flirty Flamingo  (two 5” pieces, plus piece for bow)
